Abstract: AFamily Court is essentially a separate court, or more likely a separatedecision of the regular state trial court that considers cases involvingdivorce, child custody disputes and other cases having to do with familyissues, including the issuance of restraining orders in domestic violence cases[1]A major goal of Family Courts in to co-ordinate all the management of the casesand service agency efforts for a single family in distress.
